Partnership with
In 2012, Harvard University’s Tal Ben-Shahar and McKinsey’s Angus Ridgway came together to create Potentialife. Its mission is to future-proof organizations by building positive leadership habits, one person at a time, through a scalable process.
In 2016, they associated with Cyrille Kozyreff to bring Potentialife to India,
through his firm now known as Humanistic.
Potentialife's scalable process is based on the compilation of 40 years of scientific research on what makes individuals and organizations reach their highest potential. The research primarily stems from three academic fields: Positive Psychology, Organizational Psychology, and Neuroscience.
Tal Ben-Shahar and Angus Ridgway have condensed that body of research into a simple, holistic, actionable model: SHARP.
